Navigate St. Botolph's Cemetery (3) in The Sinking City 2 with our comprehensive guide. Find all key evidence, complete objectives, and uncover the secrets of this eerie location.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Locate and collect your belongings from the table on the ship. This includes the Letter from J. van der Berg, the Camera, and the Pistol.
  2. 2
Examine the Pistol by rotating it until an eyeball symbol appears on the handle and pressing X. You will receive 6 .38 pistol rounds.
  3. 3
Take a photo of the strange fish mounted on the wall using your Camera for additional evidence.
  4. 4
Examine the flyer on the desk to the left of the table for more evidence.
  5. 5
Loot the locker to the right of the desk for ammunition and crafting materials. Lootable contents are randomized and can be reset by leaving and returning to the area.
  6. 6
Exit the ship by climbing onto the dock using the Triangle button.
  7. 7
Engage in a conversation with Johannes van der Berg. To advance the game, select the dialogue options: "About my problem.", "Where is Robert Throgmorton?", "I need somewhere to stay.", "How do I get to Devil's Reef?", and "Goodbye.". Be aware that choosing specific dialogue options will lock out others.
  8. 8
Proceed north along the pier and turn right at the sign pointing to the exit.
  9. 9
Climb the stairs to initiate a conversation with Robert Throgmorton.
  10. 10
To advance the game, select the dialogue options: "What happened to your son?", "Who are the Innsmouthers?", "What do you know about the visions?", "I can try to find Albert.", "Tell me more about the case.", and "I'll be going.".
  11. 11
(Optional) To investigate the Lifeboat Titania, return to the sign pointing to the exit, go left down a path, and then left toward the sea. The lifeboat is beyond police barricades.
  12. 12
(Optional) In the lifeboat, inspect the "TITANIA" nameplate, examine the Diving Helmet (rotate and search the front faceplate, do not hold for too long due to sanity drain), and collect Albert Throgmorton's will from a seat.
  13. 13
(Optional) After finding Albert's Will, return to Robert Throgmorton to unlock an additional conversation.
Tips
  • The Submachine Gun and .45 ABP rounds are provided with the Necronomicon Edition or associated DLC. Use its initial clip sparingly as resources for its ammunition are scarce early on.
  • Consider investing the free Skill Point (if DLC is owned) into the "Absolute Clarity" Mind skill for a 5% bonus XP boost.
  • Lootable objects can be repeatedly looted after respawning.
  • The Lifeboat Titania investigation is optional but rewards extra XP and an additional conversation with Robert Throgmorton.
  • Be mindful of sanity drain when examining the Diving Helmet in the lifeboat.

Completing the main objectives provides necessary progression. Optional objectives, such as the Lifeboat Titania investigation, grant additional XP and unlock further dialogue options.
