Navigate St. Botolph's Cemetery (2) in The Sinking City 2 with our comprehensive walkthrough. Find all key evidence, complete optional objectives, and uncover the secrets of this eerie location.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Upon entering St. Botolph's Cemetery (2), your primary objective is to locate and collect all key evidence.
  2. 2
The first piece of key evidence is your own belongings on the table. Collect your briefcase, which also yields the Letter from J. van der Berg.
  3. 3
Next, find the Camera. To collect it, pick it up and rotate it until an "eyeball" symbol appears on the handle, then press X to examine it. You will also receive 6 .38 pistol rounds.
  4. 4
Remember to reload your pistol before use by holding L1 to bring up the weapon wheel and selecting the gun, then pressing Square.
  5. 5
For additional evidence, use your camera to take a picture of the strange fish mounted on the wall.
  6. 6
Examine the flyer on the desk to the left of the table where you collected your belongings.
  7. 7
Lootable objects, marked with a specific symbol, can be found throughout the area, including a locker to the right of the desk. These can be looted repeatedly for ammunition and crafting materials.
  8. 8
After collecting the evidence on the ship, exit by climbing onto the dock to your right using Triangle.
  9. 9
You will automatically start a conversation with Johannes van der Berg. Select "About my problem," "Where is Robert Throgmorton?", "I need somewhere to stay," "How do I get to Devil's Reef?", and finally "Goodbye."
  10. 10
Proceed north along the pier to find a sign with directions. Turn right towards the "exit" and go up the stairs to begin a conversation with Robert Throgmorton.
  11. 11
During your conversation with Robert Throgmorton, select "What happened to your son?", "Who are the Innsmouthers?", "What do you know about the visions?", "I can try to find Albert," "Tell me more about the case," and then "I'll be going."
  12. 12
To undertake the optional investigation at the Titania Lifeboat: return to the sign, go left down a path, and then left towards the sea. The lifeboat is beyond police barricades.
  13. 13
    Inspect the Lifeboat Name "TITANIA."
  14. 14
Find the Diving Helmet and rotate it to search its front faceplate. Be aware that prolonged examination will drain your sanity.
  15. 15
Collect Albert Throgmorton's will from one of the seats inside the lifeboat. You may need to climb inside using Triangle.
  16. 16
Returning Albert's Will to Robert Throgmorton unlocks an optional conversation.
Tips
  • The Submachine Gun and .45 ABP rounds are provided with the Necronomicon Edition or DLC. Use the initial clip sparingly as .45 ABP rounds are scarce early on.
  • Consider investing the free Skill Point (if applicable from DLC) into the "Absolute Clarity" Mind skill for a 5% XP bonus.
  • Lootable objects reset after leaving and returning to the area, allowing for repeated collection of ammunition and crafting materials.
  • Be cautious with lootable containers that contain a large amount of supplies, as they may indicate a higher concentration of dangerous enemies nearby.
  • The Titania Lifeboat investigation is optional but rewards extra XP and an additional conversation with Robert Throgmorton.
  • Collecting all key evidence in a location before concluding the case grants an additional 140 XP (adjusted for skills).
  • Completing the optional Titania Lifeboat investigation grants an additional 140 XP.
  • Unlocking an additional conversation with Robert Throgmorton after returning Albert's Will.
