Go northwest on Marsh Ave past Polaris Rd and turn right onto Oxford Ln.

Cross the barricade into the infested area and enter the infested ruin of a house on the left side of the street. This is the location indicated by the "Ruined Tenement" note from the All That Glitters case.

Warning: You may have to clear random enemies to use Mind's Eye (a supernatural ability to see beyond reality) to dispel an illusionary wall.

After entering the ruin, break the boards blocking either of the doorways in the back room to go to the upper floor.

Drop down to some crates ahead to climb the stairs back to the upper floor.

Skirt the large hole in the floor and use Mind's Eye to dispel the middle of the far wall.

Around to the left, past another hole in the floor, is a crate holding the rarity.

Interact with the ornate box in the crate to collect the Earring (part of the Deep Ones' Gold lore). You will gain +184 XP.

Leave the ruin and head east then northeast on Oxford Ln, leaving the infested area.

Board the boat at the dock and merge onto Abolition St heading east.

Disembark at the dock on the right and enter the warehouse. This is the location mentioned in the "Warehouse" note from the All That Glitters case.

Warning: Clear the random wylebeasts (monstrous creatures) that spawn.

Go into the office on the ground floor and interact with the journal on the desk to find "You moron" (part of the Documents lore).

Leave the office and head upstairs.

Approach the crates by the desk and use Mind's Eye to dispel the illusion.

Interact with the ornate box to find the Flawless gem (part of the Deep Ones' Gold lore) and gain +184 XP.

You will gain an additional +457 XP, completing the "All That Glitters" case.
