Walkthrough

Head southeast on Wharf St, to the right of the rail cars, until you see crates marked "Skylark" outside a fenced area. Enter this area.

Interact with the open book by the short pier leading to the half-sunk "Skylark" ship. This will reveal the "Skylark" ship log.

Collect all available evidence.

Leave the dock.

Return to the Grimhaven Bay East phone booth (a fast travel point) and use it to travel to Coverside East.

Once in Coverside, go west on Eimcroft St, turn left to head south on Victory Ln, and then turn left again at Kingsport St.

Tips

Be prepared to face four aggressive gangsters guarding the port area around the "Skylark" ship.
The "Skylark" ship log is added to your CASEBOOK under the Bounty of the Sea case.
