Alright, so you're digging into the 'Breaking News' side case, huh? After you've dealt with the stuff at the Asylum and got that address in southern Coverside, you'll be heading to an Abandoned Factory. Be warned, this place is pretty grim, filled with KKK stuff. Just keep your wits about you. Once you're inside, you'll want to check out the couch for some robes, the floor for hoods, and the table for torture tools. There's also a handbag on a mattress. Use your Mind's Eye there, and you'll see a vision of Claude doing something pretty awful to prove his loyalty. Keep an eye out, because you can pick up a Weird Unearthly Statue from on top of some crates in the middle of the room. Don't miss it! Head downstairs, and you'll find what looks like a meeting room. There's a speech plan on the altar that gives you some insight into Claude's initiation. You'll also notice an illusory wall. Behind it is a room with statues and pedestals, but it's blocked by a barrier. You'll need to come back here later. On your way back upstairs, there's a 'warning note' on some boxes. It's a bit of a red herring, as the door upstairs is actually open, with claw marks on it. You can examine the lock nearby. There's also a megaphone and a dark stain to check out, plus an Otherworldly Figurine on a shelf. Using your Mind's Eye on a claw you find on the desk will trigger a retrocognition sequence, showing you what happened. Once you have both the Otherworldly Statue and the Otherworldly Figurine, head back to that basement room behind the illusory wall. Place each item on its corresponding pedestal, and that barrier will disappear. Get ready, because an Acheronian will show up! A good tip here is to run upstairs and climb on the boxes to make the fight easier. After you've dealt with it, you can find a stone altar with ammo and a 'Moss-covered manuscript'. This manuscript is pretty intense, talking about a 'Whispering in the dark'. With all that done, you'll need to figure out more about the 'Real Coverside Tiger'. The retrocognition hinted that this 'tiger' didn't want to be caught by the police, so your next stop is the Oakmont Police Department.
