Interact with the crate of diving supplies to collect the Air tank (Evidence 1/3).

Approach the desk against the window. Use Mind's Eye (a supernatural ability to see hidden clues) to dispel the illusionary statuette.

Interact with the revealed journal to find new Mind Palace clues: "Raymond was hired as a graverobber" and "An underwater tomb." You will also collect Raymond's diary [CASEBOOK, Fleeing Phoenix] (Key Evidence 2/2).

Interact with the bulletin board on the wall at the foot of the bed to collect Drawings of recent scenes (Evidence 2/3).
