Walkthrough for The Sinking City 2's "Fish Market (5)" mission. Find key evidence, complete objectives, and uncover the truth in this detailed guide.
Walkthrough
- 1Locate and examine your belongings on the table. This includes the Letter from J. van der Berg and your Camera.
- 2Pick up the Pistol, rotate it until the "eyeball" symbol appears on the handle, and press X to examine it.
- 3Use your Camera to take a picture of the strange fish mounted on the wall (Additional Evidence).
- 4Examine the flyer on the desk to the left of your belongings (Additional Evidence).
- 5Interact with the Locker to the right of the desk for random loot.
- 6Exit the boat by climbing onto the dock (Triangle).
- 7Speak with Johannes van der Berg. Select "About my problem," "Where is Robert Throgmorton?", "I need somewhere to stay," "How do I get to Devil's Reef?", and finally "Goodbye."
- 8Proceed north along the pier and turn right at the sign pointing to the bar and exit.
- 9Climb the stairs to begin a conversation with Robert Throgmorton. Select "What happened to your son?", "Who are the Innsmouthers?", "What do you know about the visions?", "I can try to find Albert," "Tell me more about the case," and finally "I'll be going."
- 10Optional: Lifeboat Titania - Return to the sign, go left down a path, then left towards the sea. Inspect the Lifeboat Name (TITANIA), examine the Diving Helmet (rotate and search the front faceplate), and find Albert Throgmorton's will on a seat inside the lifeboat.
- 11Return to Robert Throgmorton with Albert's Will to unlock an optional conversation.
Tips
- The Submachine Gun and .45 ABP rounds are a reward for purchasing the Necronomicon Edition or DLC. Use them sparingly as they consume ammunition quickly.
- Consider investing the free Skill Point (if applicable) into the "Absolute Clarity" Mind skill for a 5% XP bonus.
- Lootable objects (marked with a specific symbol) can be repeatedly searched for ammunition and crafting materials. Resetting the area or leaving and returning will replenish their contents.
- Be cautious when looting, as containers with large amounts of materials may indicate a higher danger level in the area.
- When examining the Diving Helmet in the optional Lifeboat Titania investigation, do not hold it for too long as your sanity will drain.
- XP for collecting evidence.
- Additional XP for collecting all key evidence.
- Optional XP and an additional conversation with Robert Throgmorton for completing the Lifeboat Titania optional investigation.
