Hey there! So, you've stumbled upon the Mirror-maker's House in Oldgrove. It's a pretty imposing place, a big white wooden house with a fancy brick and iron fence. You can get in through either the front or back doors. It's got two floors and a basement, so let's break it down. Ground Floor This place is a mess, way rougher than most spots in Oldgrove. You'll see water on the floor, destroyed walls, and parts of the ceiling look like they're about to give way. Right by the front door, there's a trunk you can loot. The main room is pretty empty, but in the side room, check the table for a stack of envelopes. Charles Reed will comment, "These have been here a while." Now, here's a tricky bit: the wall next to that table is actually an illusion. Behind it, you'll find a small table inside some kind of circle. On it, there's a tiny coffin and a mirror on a red pillow. Examining these will reveal Omens that point you towards the basement. Also on the dining room table, you can grab some Antipsychotics and a newspaper article called Eligible Bachelor. First Floor Just as bad as the ground floor, honestly. Lots of wooden planks covering holes in the floor, and a big plant growing right in the middle. In the first area, you'll find a grand piano. Next to it is another trunk to loot. To the right of that, there's an entrance with a fallen statue. Inside that room, you'll find a huge pile of books and newspapers. Charles Reed will remark, "Somebody's been doing their homework." Keep an eye out for an Occult tome on a mattress near a tipped-over bed. Right next to it is a First aid kit. In the next room, there are tons of newspapers. Look for one on an easel near the back that mentions "...the biggest mirror exhibition in the history of Oakmont, including master Randall's finest creations." The bulletin board above the desk is also worth examining; it talks about turning "...his manor into a museum of vintage mirrors, collected over many decades." Basement 1 This room is a bit overgrown, with most of the stuff shoved into a corner. You can find another lootable trunk down here. Basement 2 This whole level is flooded, and the walls are covered in overgrowth. Around the first corner, it looks pretty empty, but if you're following the Omens or use your Mind's Eye, you'll spot an illusory wall at the back. This leads to another flooded room that connects to a stone-floored area. Inside, there's a stone altar with a tiny casket and a photograph. Both are examinable. Behind the altar, there's a pillar with an occult symbol on the floor around it. On this pillar is a mirror you can also examine. Be warned: standing near this mirror causes constant sanity drain! The last part of the basement is a brick section with pipes and boxes, but nothing particularly important there.
