Find the Devil's Reef hotel in The Sinking City 2. Continue conversations with Mr. Throgmorton to unlock this new location.

To unlock the Devil's Reef hotel, you must first continue your conversations with Mr. Throgmorton. This will reward you with access to "The Lost Expedition" and "The key to the headquarters" (both CASEBOOK, Lost At Sea cases), and the NEW LOCATION: Throgmorton Manor in OLDGROVE.

Additionally, you must acquire the "Deductive Method" skill in the skills menu under the mind section. This costs 1 Knowledge point, and you must have at least 0 Knowledge points to acquire it.
