    Turn left onto Seven Oaks St and dock your boat at the infested fisherman's house on the left.

    Enter the house.

    Clear the scene of wylebeasts (creatures). You will gain +94 XP.

    Go to the lower floor and take a photo of the corpse. This will grant you the 'Fishing crime scene photo' (Key Evidence 1/1) and mark Key Evidence Collected.

    Interact with the corpse to find J.R. Nelson (Evidence 1/2).

    Head upstairs and interact with the small card on the corner of the desk, which is covered in photography equipment. This will grant you the 'J.R. Nelson membership card' (Evidence 2/2) and mark All Evidence Collected. You will gain +184 XP.
