Alright, let's talk about the Abandoned Shop in Reed Heights. It's a bit of a creepy place, formerly a clothing store and hairdresser, but it looks like it became a general store before everything went south. You'll find it's got a ground floor, an upper floor, and a basement, all pretty grimy. ### Ground Floor As soon as you step inside, watch out! You'll be greeted by an Acheronian right off the bat. Once that's dealt with, you can have a proper look around. There are shelves full of canned goods, plus lamps, radios, and other bits and bobs. On the right side, you'll find an empty safe, a couple of furnaces, and a trunk you can loot. Over on the counter, keep an eye out for a Cultist letter. Towards the back, you can inspect some slimy rags and a wooden cross. Charles Reed himself notes, "_Those bags stink worse than a barrel of rotten fish. Or... fisk... whatever._" ### First Floor Head upstairs, and you'll find two long display cases filled with model cars, trains, dolls, typewriters, clocks, radios, and cigarette cases. There's also a small kitchen/dining area and a bedroom, though they seem more for show. At the top of the stairs, there's a lootable briefcase on a small table. Near the fireplace in the corner, you'll find another trunk. ### Basement The entrance to the basement is behind the counter on the first floor. The door's off its hinges and covered in slime, looking like it was busted open from the inside. Once you're down there, it's more slime and walls covered in old posters and strange symbols. On a desk, you'll find a book called Mother's Grace, along with some skulls and candles. There are also several bodies in bags, all covered in slime. Underneath the stairs, there's a lootable locker. In the left room, there are desks and a dresser piled up, with more bagged bodies nearby that you can inspect for samples.
