Navigate the treacherous waters of The Sinking City 2 with our comprehensive guide to the '[Location, Lost At Sea] (3)' section. Discover all key evidence and optional items.
Walkthrough
- 1The 'Charon' Ship: This is your first investigation location. Collect the following key evidence:
- Your belongings on the table (briefcase). This also grants the Letter from J. van der Berg.
- 2The Camera, a usable item for taking pictures as evidence.
- 3The Pistol: Pick it up, rotate until the 'eyeball' symbol appears on the handle, and press X to examine. You will receive 6 .38 pistol rounds.
- 4Additional Evidence on the Ship:
- Photo of a trophy plate: Use your camera to photograph the mounted fish on the wall.
- 5Flyer: Examine the flyer on the desk to the left of your belongings.
- 6Lootables: Search lockers and other lootable objects (marked with a specific symbol) for ammunition and crafting materials. These reset when you leave and return to the area.
- 7Optional: Titania Lifeboat: After speaking with Johannes van der Berg and Robert Throgmorton, you can find the Titania Lifeboat. This is an optional investigation site that provides extra XP and an additional conversation with Robert Throgmorton.
- Inspect the Lifeboat Name: 'TITANIA'.
- 8Examine the Diving Helmet: Rotate it and search the front faceplate. Be mindful of sanity drain while examining.
- 9Find Albert Throgmorton's will: Located on one of the seats inside the lifeboat.
Tips
- The Submachine Gun and .45 ABP rounds are awarded if you purchased the Necronomicon Edition or associated DLC. Use these sparingly as they deplete quickly.
- If you received a free Skill Point from DLC, it's recommended to invest it in the 'Absolute Clarity' Mind skill for a 5% XP bonus.
- To reload your gun, equip it via the weapon wheel (hold L1) and press Square.
- Optional conversations with NPCs like Johannes van der Berg and Robert Throgmorton offer world-building but are not essential for game progression. Choose dialogue options carefully to access all information before ending conversations.
- The Titania Lifeboat location is given by Robert Throgmorton when asked about his son's lifeboat. It's not marked on the map.
