This guide covers the 'St.' section of The Sinking City 2, detailing key evidence, optional items, and interactions within the 'Charon' Ship and Titania Lifeboat.
Walkthrough
- 1Charon Ship: This is your first investigation location. Collect all key evidence to progress.
- 2Key Evidence: Your belongings (briefcase), Letter from J. van der Berg, Camera, Pistol.
- 3To collect the pistol, pick it up, rotate it until an 'eyeball' symbol appears on the handle, and press X to examine. You will also receive 6 .38 pistol rounds.
- 4Remember to reload your gun before firing (hold L1 for weapon wheel, press Square to reload).
- 5Additional Evidence: Photo of a trophy plate (use camera on the fish), Flyer (examine on the desk).
- 6Lootables: Search lockers and other lootable objects for ammunition and crafting materials. These reset upon returning to the area.
- 7Conversations:
- 8After leaving the ship, you'll speak with Johannes van der Berg. Select "About my problem," "Where is Robert Throgmorton?", "I need somewhere to stay," "How do I get to Devil's Reef?", and "Goodbye." to progress. Note that choosing dialogue options locks out other branches.
- 9Proceed north to find Robert Throgmorton. To progress, select "What happened to your son?", "Who are the Innsmouthers?", "What do you know about the visions?", "I can try to find Albert.", "Tell me more about the case.", and "I'll be going."
- 10Titania Lifeboat (Optional Investigation):
- 11Return to the sign pointing to the exit, go left down a path, then left towards the sea. The lifeboat is beyond police barricades.
- 12This area provides an extra 140 XP and an additional conversation with Robert Throgmorton.
- 13Evidence: Inspect the Lifeboat Name "TITANIA", rotate and search the Diving Helmet (be mindful of sanity drain), and find Albert Throgmorton's will on a seat.
- 14Climb inside the lifeboat (Triangle) to collect evidence.
- 15Returning Albert's will to Robert Throgmorton unlocks an optional conversation with no gameplay benefit.

- Completing the optional Titania Lifeboat investigation grants an additional 140 XP.
