    Find Robert Throgmorton: Proceed north along the pier and turn right at the sign pointing to the exit. Climb the stairs to automatically start a conversation with Robert Throgmorton. To advance, select: "What happened to your son?", "Who are the Innsmouthers?", "What do you know about the visions?", "I can try to find Albert.", "Tell me more about the case.", "I'll be going.". Optional questions can be asked before selecting "I'll be going.".

    Optional: Titania Lifeboat: Return to the sign pointing to the exit. Go left down a path, then left towards the sea. The lifeboat is beyond police barricades. This is an optional investigation that provides 140 XP and an additional conversation with Robert Throgmorton.

    Optional Evidence: Titania Lifeboat: Inspect the lifeboat name (TITANIA), examine the Diving Helmet (rotate and search the front faceplate), and collect Albert Throgmorton's will from a seat. Note: Sanity drains while looking at the diving helmet.
