Continue your investigation in The Sinking City 2 by finding Fabian Coswick's Residence. Learn where to go, what evidence to collect, and how to deal with the graverobbers.

Alright, let's pick up where we left off. You'll need to head south on Victory Lane, past Kingsport Street. Keep an eye out for the dock – that's where you'll board the boat to continue your journey.

Once you're on the water, turn right onto Providence Avenue. You're looking for the flooded offices on the north side of the canal. That's our next stop.

Fabian Coswick's Residence

You've arrived at Fabian Coswick's Residence, which is part of the 'Rest In Peace' investigation. As soon as you get inside, you'll notice there are a couple of aggressive graverobbers hanging around on the upper floor. You'll need to take care of them first before you can do any investigating.

Once the area is clear, head to the back office. You'll find a covered corpse on a desk. Interact with it to collect the 'Smelly corpses' evidence (Evidence 1/2).

Next, make your way to the office farthest from the stairs. In there, you'll see a letter on a chair in front of an old, ruined coffin. Interact with this to pick up the 'Greasy letter' (Evidence 2/2).

Finally, go back to the desks and interact with the old, ruined coffin. This will give you 'The stolen skeleton' (Key Evidence 1/1). With this, you'll have collected all the necessary evidence for this part of the investigation!

You'll be rewarded with +184 XP, bringing your total experience to 1,620. You'll also gain 1 Knowledge Point, which you can spend in the skills menu. I recommend picking up the 'High Yield' skill under the combat proficiency section. This will cost you 1 Knowledge Point, leaving you with zero.

With all the evidence gathered and your skills updated, it's time to leave the flooded offices and head back to Coverside.
