Discover all Fragments in Warframe! Learn how to find Cephalon, Fish, Glass, and more to unlock hidden lore and audiovisual content across the Origin System.
Walkthrough
- 1Mechanics: Most Fragments can be scanned using the Codex or Synthesis Scanner. This unlocks artwork in the Codex's 'Universe' tab, which can also be used as Orbiter decorations. Each image has a hidden point that, when hovered over, reveals an audio transmission with additional lore. Some Fragments only require interaction (default X).
- 2Fragment Types: Fragments are categorized by their origin and lore content, including Cephalon, Thousand-Year Fish, Glass Shard, Encrypted Journal, Nakak Memory, Fortuna, Partnership, The Tenets, Lost Islands of Duviri, Albrecht's Notes, Isleweaver, Somachord, and Frame Fighter Fragments.
- 3Cephalon Fragments: These appear as hovering blue data blocks, usually found in mission rooms. They require 3-7 scans to complete and unlock lore about the Origin System's factions, characters, and planets, revealing parts of Ordis' past. They appear as a blue quadruple diamond on the mini-map with loot radar mods. They do not spawn in Defense, Interception, or Archwing missions.
- 4Specific Fragment Examples (Cephalon):
- Earth: Lore discusses its abandoned, toxic state, overgrown jungles, and Grineer outposts. Ordis transmissions hint at his hidden truth and self-questioning.
- 5Wildlife (Earth): Lore details Orokin manipulation of Earth's creatures for various purposes, with some species surviving through adaptation. Ordis transmissions question his machine nature and forbidden awareness.
- 6Earth Settlements: Lore focuses on Grineer water reserves and their long-standing occupation, with outposts overgrown by vegetation. Ordis transmissions describe his service to the Operator and his nature as a Cephalon.
- 7Venus: Lore describes Corpus industrious craft in mountainous peaks, utilizing lingering Orokin technologies. Ordis transmissions ponder the definition of a Cephalon, his flaws, and his perceived abomination status.
