Most fragments can be scanned using a Codex or Synthesis Scanner, revealing artwork and lore entries in the Codex. Some fragments require direct interaction.
Mechanics:
- Scan fragments with Codex or Synthesis Scanner to unlock artwork and lore in the Codex's Universe tab.

Fragment Types:
