Rollback staff repurposed into Moderator

Mechanics: Most Fragments can be scanned using the Codex or Synthesis Scanner. This unlocks artwork in the Codex's Universe tab, which can also be used as Orbiter decorations. Hovering over a hidden point on the unlocked image reveals an audio transmission. Some Fragments require direct interaction (default X key).

Cephalon Fragments: These appear as hovering blue data blocks, typically found in hidden rooms during missions. They are located on most planets, moons, and locations (including the Void and Deimos), with 2-3 fragments per area. Each requires 3-7 scans. They reveal lore about the Origin System, Factions, Characters, and Planets, and decrypting them unlocks Ordis' Past, narrated by Ordis. They appear as a blue quadruple diamond on the minimap if loot radar mods are active. They can be found once per mission in random locations, but not in Defense, Interception, or Archwing missions.

Example (Earth): One Earth fragment requires 3 scans, reveals lore about Earth's abandoned, toxic, and overgrown state, and includes an Ordis transmission about hiding the truth of his existence.

Example (Venus): Another Venus fragment requires 3 scans and details the Corpus' industrious craft in mountainous peaks, with an Ordis transmission questioning his own nature as a Cephalon.
