Scan Fragments: Most Fragments can be scanned using a Codex or Synthesis Scanner. This unlocks artwork in the Codex under the 'Universe' tab, which can also be used as Orbiter decorations.

Find Hidden Points: Each scanned image has a hidden point that, when hovered over with the cursor, unlocks an audio transmission with additional lore. White noise will get louder as you get closer to the point.

Interact with Fragments: Some Fragments do not require scanning and can be acquired by interacting with them (default key 'X').

Types of Fragments: Fragments include Cephalon, Fish, Glass, Ghoul, Revenant, Solaris United, Partnership, The Tenets, Duviri, Albrecht, Isleweaver, Somachord, and Frame Fighter Fragments.

Fragment Locations: Fragments are found throughout the Origin System, often hidden within mission rooms. Specific types are tied to certain locations like Earth, Venus, the Kuva Fortress, and more.

Fragment Mechanics: Cephalon Fragments, for example, appear as blue data blocks and can be found on most planets, moons, and locations (except Kuva Fortress). They typically require 3-7 scans and reveal lore about Factions, Characters, and Planets, often narrated by Ordis.
