Transcript pages use Template:Audio

Scanning Fragments: Use a Codex or Synthesis Scanner on most Fragments. This unlocks artwork in the Codex's Universe tab, which can also be used as Orbiter decorations.

Audio Lore: Each scanned image has a hidden point that, when hovered over with the cursor, plays an audio transmission with additional lore. White noise acts as an audio clue, getting louder as you approach the point.

Interaction Fragments: Some Fragments only require you to interact with them (default key 'X') to collect them.

Cephalon Fragments: These appear as blue data blocks, often hidden in rooms during missions. They can be found on most planets, moons, and locations (except Kuva Fortress). Each location has 2-3 fragments, requiring 3-7 scans. They reveal lore about Factions, Characters, and Planets, and decrypting them reveals Ordis' Past, narrated by Ordis. They appear on the mini-map with loot radar mods and are not found in Defense, Interception, or Archwing missions.

Other Fragment Types: The guide lists various other fragment types including Thousand-Year Fish, Glass Shards, Encrypted Journals, Nakak Memories, Fortuna Fragments, Partnership Fragments (Corpus Gas City), The Tenets (Corpus Ship), Lost Islands of Duviri Fragments, Albrecht's Notes, Isleweaver Fragments, Somachord Fragments, and Frame Fighter Fragments. Each has specific locations or collection methods detailed in their respective sub-sections.
