Discover Warframe Fragments! Learn how to find and scan Cephalon, Fish, Glass, Ghoul, and more to unlock hidden lore and audiovisual content.
Walkthrough
- 1Scanning Fragments: Most Fragments can be scanned using the Codex Scanner or Synthesis Scanner. This unlocks artwork in the 'Universe' tab of the Codex, which can also be used as Orbiter decorations.
- 2Audio Lore: Each scanned Fragment image has a hidden point that, when hovered over with the cursor, unlocks a short audio transmission containing additional lore. White noise serves as an audio clue, growing louder as you approach the point.
- 3Interaction Fragments: Some Fragments do not require scanning and can be acquired by simply interacting with them (default key: X).
- 4Fragment Types: Fragments are categorized by their origin or theme, including Cephalon, Fish, Glass, Ghoul, Revenant, Solaris United, Partnership, The Tenets, Duviri, Albrecht, Isleweaver, Somachord, and Frame Fighter.
- 5Cephalon Fragments: These data fragments appear as hovering blue data blocks, typically found in mission rooms. They reveal lore about the Origin System's factions, characters, and planets. Decrypting them unlocks 'Ordis' Past', narrated by Ordis. They can be found on most planets and moons, with 2-3 fragments per location, requiring 3-7 scans each. They do not appear in Defense, Interception, or Archwing missions.
- 6Location-Specific Lore: Fragments often provide context for specific locations, such as Earth's overgrown jungles, Venus's Corpus settlements, and Tenno dojos, detailing their history and inhabitants.
