Discover how to find and collect all Fragments in Warframe, unlocking hidden lore and artwork. This guide details their locations and mechanics.

Fragments are hidden collectibles scattered throughout the Origin System in Warframe. Scanning or interacting with them unlocks artwork and lore entries in the Codex, providing deeper insights into the game's universe. These fragments can be found during missions and often require a Codex or Synthesis Scanner.

Mechanics:

• Most Fragments can be scanned using a Codex or Synthesis Scanner.
• Scanning unlocks artwork in the Codex's 'Universe' tab, which can be used as Orbiter decorations and come with accompanying lore.
• A hidden point on each image, when hovered over with the cursor, unlocks a short audio transmission with additional lore. White noise serves as an audio clue, growing louder as the cursor nears the point.
• Other Fragment types require direct interaction (default key 'X').

Fragment Types:

• Cephalon Fragments: Data blocks found in rooms during missions. They reveal lore about Factions, Characters, and Planets, and decrypt to reveal Ordis' Past.
