Discover and collect all Fragments in Warframe to unlock hidden lore and audiovisual content. Learn about Cephalon, Fish, Glass, and more.
Walkthrough
- 1Mechanics: Most Fragments can be scanned using the Codex or Synthesis Scanner. This unlocks artwork in the Codex's Universe tab, which can also be used as Orbiter decorations. Each artwork has a hidden point that, when hovered over, reveals an audio transmission with lore. Other Fragments require direct interaction (default X key).
- 2Cephalon Fragments: These appear as hovering blue data blocks, usually found in mission rooms. They require multiple scans to unlock artwork and lore related to the Origin System's factions, characters, and planets. Decrypting them reveals 'Ordis' Past', narrated by Ordis. They can be found once per mission, excluding Defense, Interception, and Archwing missions.
- 3Fragment Types: The game features various types of Fragments, including Cephalon, Thousand-Year Fish, Glass Shard, Encrypted Journal, Nakak Memory, Fortuna, Partnership (Corpus Gas City), The Tenets (Corpus Ship), Lost Islands of Duviri, Albrecht's Notes, Isleweaver, Somachord, and Frame Fighter Fragments. Each type unlocks specific lore and content.
- 4Locations: Fragments are found across planets and locations in the Origin System, including Earth, Venus, and potentially others. Specific fragments are tied to their respective regions or mission types.
- 5Lore Unlocked: Collecting Fragments provides insights into various aspects of Warframe's lore, such as Ordis's past, the history of the Origin System, details about factions like the Grineer and Corpus, and the nature of Cephalons.
Tips
