Discover and collect all hidden lore Fragments across the Origin System in Warframe. Unlock artwork and audio transmissions to piece together the game's rich backstory.
Mechanics:
- Most Fragments can be scanned using the Codex or Synthesis Scanner.
- Scanning unlocks artwork in the Codex's 'Universe' tab, which can be used as Orbiter decorations.
- Each unlocked image has a hidden point that reveals an audio transmission with additional lore when hovered over.
- A white noise audio clue indicates the proximity of this hidden point, growing louder as you get closer.
- Some Fragments require direct interaction (default X) instead of scanning.
Fragments:
Fragments are categorized by their type and release date. Here are some examples:
- Cephalon Fragments: Data blocks found in missions, usually hidden. Scanning them unlocks artwork and lore related to the Origin System, Factions, Characters, and Planets. Decrypting them reveals 'Ordis' Past', narrated by Ordis. They appear as blue quadruple diamonds on the minimap with loot radar mods. They do not spawn in Defense, Interception, or Archwing missions.
- Thousand-Year Fish Fragments
- Glass Shard Fragments
- Encrypted Journal Fragments
- Nakak Memory Fragments
- Fortuna Fragments
- Partnership Fragments (Corpus Gas City)

Prex Cards: Special collectible items that unlock lore.
