Discover how to find and collect all Fragments in Warframe. Learn about Cephalon, Fish, Glass, Ghoul, Revenant, and more lore fragments to unlock hidden content.
Fragments are hidden collectibles scattered throughout the Origin System in Warframe. Collecting them unlocks written and audiovisual lore that enriches the game's setting.
Mechanics:
Most Fragments can be scanned using a Codex or Synthesis Scanner. This unlocks artwork in the Codex's Universe tab, which can be used as Orbiter decorations and come with accompanying lore. A hidden point on each image, when hovered over with the cursor, will unlock a short audio transmission with additional lore. An audio clue in the form of white noise will help locate this point, becoming louder as the cursor gets closer.
Other types of Fragments require direct interaction (default X) to acquire.
Fragments:
These Fragments are ordered by their release date:
- Cephalon Fragments: Found in rooms during missions, visualized as hovering blue data blocks. Each navigable planet, moon, or location (except Kuva Fortress) has 2-3 fragments, requiring 3-7 scans. They appear on the mini-map as a blue quadruple diamond with loot radar mods. They reveal lore about Factions, Characters, and Planets, and decrypting them reveals Ordis' Past, narrated by Ordis. They do not spawn in Defense, Interception, or Archwing missions.
