Fragments are hidden collectibles scattered throughout the Origin System in Warframe. Scanning these fragments with a Codex or Synthesis Scanner unlocks artwork and lore entries in the Codex, providing deeper insight into the game's universe. Some fragments also unlock audio transmissions with additional narrative content.

Mechanics:

• Fragments can be scanned using a Codex or Synthesis Scanner.
• Scanning unlocks artwork and lore under the 'Universe' tab in the Codex.
• A hidden point on each image unlocks a short audio transmission with additional lore.
• Other fragment types require simple interaction (default X) to collect.

Fragments:

These fragments are categorized by their release and type:

• Cephalon Fragments: Found in missions, visualized as hovering blue data blocks. They reveal lore about Factions, Characters, and Planets, and decrypt to reveal Ordis' Past. They cannot be found in Defense, Interception, or Archwing missions.
