Walkthrough:
- Mechanics: Most Fragments are scanned using a Codex or Synthesis Scanner. This unlocks artwork in the Codex's Universe tab, which can be used as Orbiter decorations and includes lore. A hidden point on each image, indicated by white noise, unlocks an audio transmission with additional lore. Some Fragments require direct interaction (default X) to acquire.
- Fragments: These are categorized by type and ordered by release date.
- Cephalon Fragments: Found in missions across the Origin System (except Kuva Fortress), visualized as hovering blue data blocks. Each planet/location has 2-3 fragments requiring 3-7 scans. They appear on the mini-map with loot radar mods. They reveal lore about Factions, Characters, and Planets, and decrypting them reveals Ordis' Past, narrated by Ordis. They do not spawn in Defense, Interception, or Archwing missions.
