You'll need to have finished The Second Dream and be Mastery Rank 7 or higher to start it. Just head to a relay, find Amaryn of New Loka, and ask her about The Silver Grove. She'll explain the Grineer are trying to mess with this special place, and New Loka has a plan to awaken its defenses. You can then activate the quest in your Codex. ### Nightfall Apothic First up, you'll get the blueprint for a Nightfall Apothic. To craft this, you'll need to use your Codex Scanner or Synthesis Scanners out in the system to find and scan specific plants. The Dragonlily only appears during the nighttime phase of the tileset, and the Threshcone during the daytime phase. Keep an eye out! Once you craft the Apothic, equip it and head to E Prime on Earth. You'll need to find a small shrine, fighting off Grineer patrols along the way. Amaryn might give you some hints about its location. When you find the shrine, anoint the big stone altar on top. This will use up your Apothic. Be ready, though! A disembodied voice will speak, and then a Loki Knave Specter and its clones will attack. Take them down, and you'll be able to extract. Completing this mission nets you a Titania Systems Blueprint and the blueprint for the next Apothic. ### Twilight Apothic Next, you'll get the blueprint for the Twilight Apothic. This one also requires hunting down specific plants. After crafting and equipping the Twilight Apothic, you'll head to Venus. You'll need to find a specific shrine there, again fighting off Grineer. Anoint the altar, and you'll face another Specter battle, this time a Saryn Specter and its clones. Defeat them to extract and get the Titania Chassis Blueprint, plus the next Apothic blueprint.
