How to Complete Domizuin Shrine

From the entrance, head downstairs to the end of a walkway and use Ascend through a pillar.

At the top, proceed forward and strike a crystal to rotate the cage, creating an opening at the bottom of one side.

Enter the cage. Ignore the crystal on the central platform for now. Instead, head to another pillar on the right, use Ascend to reach a chest containing 10x Arrows.

Jump down to the cage floor. Strike the crystal on the central platform to rotate the cage counter-clockwise.

Look left and find a hole in the floor. Glide from here to a platform outside the cage. Climb a ladder to loot a chest containing a Zonai Charge.

Climb back down the ladder. Use Ascend through the cage floor. Return to the central crystal platform and strike the crystal one more time.

Turn around and look at the right corner of the cage to find a platform with a chest. Stand near it, then shoot the central crystal. The cage will rotate; ensure you land on the platform with the chest. Loot the chest for a Strong Zonaite Shield.

Drop to the cage floor. Turn around and look towards the crystal outside the cage. An opening should now allow you to shoot the first crystal. Strike it to rotate the cage.

Strike the central crystal three times. Look towards the left corner of the cage to find a long pillar. Use Ascend through it to reach the top of the cage.

At the top, turn around and head towards the stairs. There's a pit in front of them. You can either shoot the first crystal (now below you) or jump and glide over the hole. Jump diagonally towards the stairs to make it. If you fall, glide to avoid damage and use Ascend through the pillar again.
