Make your way to the Rebonae Bridge Well, which is located on the Central Hyrule side of the map, not too far from Wetland Stable. You'll spot it by the smoke rising from the opening.

Jump down into the well. You'll find Dillie there, who explains he's trapped because the ladder is broken. This is where the 'Fell into a Well!' quest begins.

Look around the bottom of the well. You'll see the ladder is in two pieces: one broken part on the ground and one still intact.

Use your Ultrahand ability to pick up the broken ladder piece.

Fuse the broken ladder piece with the intact ladder section. It doesn't need to look pretty; just ensure the two parts are connected to form a usable ladder.

Once the ladder is repaired, speak to Dillie. He'll be able to climb out.

For your efforts, Dillie will reward you with a Purple Rupee. This completes the 'Fell into a Well!' quest.
