Alright, so you're looking to tackle the North Necluda Sky Crystal Shrine Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? No worries, I'll walk you through it! First things first, you'll need to get yourself to the North Necluda Sky Archipelago. The easiest way to get up there is by using one of the Skyview Towers on the surface. Head to the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower, which is located southeast of Kakariko Village. Once you've activated that tower, launch yourself into the sky and start gliding towards the east. Keep an eye out for an island with some distinctive carved architecture – that's your general area.

The shrine itself isn't on that first island, but the one right next to it. Investigate that neighboring island, and you'll trigger the Shrine Quest, which will then point a beam towards the island with the carved architecture we just talked about.

Now, here's the clever part. Don't jump over to that island with the beam just yet. Right at the edge of the island where the shrine is located, you should spot a contraption with a curved piece floating above it. This is your key! You can use your Ultrahand ability on this piece to actually control the larger curved architecture. You'll be able to rotate it, which is super helpful.

The intended way to solve this is to use this device to connect the movable platform to the island holding the crystal, and then to the island with the shrine. So, here’s the plan: glide over to the island with the crystal. Grab it, place it on the movable platform, and then use the side island to get back to the control device. With the crystal now on the platform, you can use the device to rotate it and create a connection to the island where the shrine is. Once that's all set up, just carry the crystal over to the shrine to open it up. Of course, if you're feeling creative, you could always try using a Spring or building a makeshift hot air balloon to get the crystal across!

Once you're inside the shrine, don't forget to grab the chest in the center. It's got a Large Zonai Charge for you. Then, head to the altar to collect your well-deserved Light of Blessing.
