Hitting the first upside-down torch will open the gate to the next, larger room. As soon as you enter, you'll see a pressure plate on the ground. Stepping on it will lower the floor in front of you, but it only stays down as long as you're standing on it.

To keep the floor lowered so you can access everything, you'll need to place something heavy on the pressure plate. A shield from your inventory works perfectly! Once the floor is down, look underneath the platform with the pressure plate to find a chest containing a Mighty Construct Bow.

With the pressure plate still held down, turn your attention to the three hanging pillars opposite you. You'll see pedestals sticking out of them now. You need to light all three of these. You can use either a regular torch or those handy Fire Fruit arrows again.

Once all three pedestals are lit, the gate to the altar will open. You can then remove whatever you used to hold down the pressure plate, allowing the floor to rise back up so you can claim your Light of Blessing.
