The First Gate: So, you'll enter the shrine and see a gate blocking your path. It looks tricky, right? You can't use Ultrahand or Recall here. The trick is to shoot an arrow through the metal bars into the orange light pillar in the next room. This will turn the light green and open the gate for you.

The Bouncy Sails: Once the gate's open, you'll enter a room with boats that have bouncy sails. Your goal is to use these to propel yourself upwards. First, head up the stairs and you'll find a Construct Enemy. If you're running low on arrows, this guy drops x5 arrows, so grab 'em!

First Sail Jump: After dealing with the Construct, jump onto the nearest boat sail. It'll launch you up to a higher platform.

Second Sail Jump: From that platform, walk over to the next set of sails near the large building structure. Jump onto this sail, and it'll send you flying upwards, past a grated window.

Mid-Air Shot: As you're flying past the window, quickly equip your bow and shoot at the light pillar you can see. Hit it, and the floor of the cube-like structure will open up.

Reaching the End: Now, use the sails below to catapult yourself through the newly opened floor. This will take you to the end of the shrine.

Getting the Treasure Chest: Before you head to the very end, look towards the wall opposite where you entered the final section. You'll see a high platform with a chest on it. There's a moving ship below. You need to use one of the sails to get yourself onto this moving ship. Time your jump onto the ship so it's right in front of the platform you want to reach. If you time it perfectly, you can use the ship's momentum to spring up to the platform and grab the chest, which contains x10 Arrows.
Final Ascent: After grabbing the chest (or if you decide to skip it for now), head back to the sails on the other side of the shrine. Use them to propel yourself up to the final area where you'll get your Light of Blessing.
