The Ember Armor set in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom offers resistance to heat. It is divided into three pieces: the Ember Headdress, Ember Shirt, and Ember Trousers. Each piece is located in a different cave system near Goron City.

How to Get The Ember Headdress

The Ember Headdress is found in YunoboCo HQ South Cave. To reach it, ride a Minecart from Goron City to YunoboCo HQ. Inside the cave, defeat the Horriblin. Use a weapon or bomb to break the rocks blocking a path, revealing a Zonai vehicle. Attach wheels using Ultrahand, then drive the vehicle through the lava lake to find a chest containing the Ember Headdress on the other side.

How to Get The Ember Shirt

The Ember Shirt is located in Goronbi River Cave, south of Goronbi River. Moblins guard the entrance, and a Horriblin is inside. Navigate the lava river using hardened lava pieces. Cross to the island with a Fire Like and defeat it. Then, ride a hardened lava piece under the waterfall to reach the end of the river. Jump off to the right and climb up to find the chest with the Ember Shirt.

How to Get The Ember Trousers

The Ember Trousers are in Cephla Lake Cave, on the west side of Cephla Lake. Inside, you'll find several treasure chests. The chest containing the Ember Trousers is stuck in the ground at the back of the cave. You can use a dog to help locate the correct chest. Feed the dog food items until it leads you to the cave. Once identified, use Ultrahand to pull the chest out and claim the Ember Trousers.

How to Upgrade The Ember Armor Set

To upgrade the Ember armor set, visit a Great Fairy Fountain. The set can be upgraded to level 20 and provides the Hot Weather Charge ability, increasing attack power in hot weather. Upgrading requires specific materials and Rupees at each level. You will need to find all four Great Fairy Fountains to fully upgrade the set.
