  3. Place a Zonai fan on the ground near the wall at the opposite end of the room, blowing upwards.
  4. Jump onto the fan and deploy your Paraglider to ride up to the ledge above. The fan should provide enough height if placed against the wall.
  5. Up on the ledge, you will find a closed gate to the right and a gear clogged by sand.
  6. Stand near the gear and swing the Fan Guster at it to disperse the sand, freeing the gear and opening the gate.
  7. Go through the gate to find the shrine's chest containing Arrows x10.
