So, you've been investing your hard-earned Tears of the Kingdom Tears into either Hearts or Stamina, and now you're thinking, "What if I'd rather have the other?" Don't sweat it! It's actually pretty straightforward to swap your stats around, but you could easily miss the key to doing it. Let's get you set up.

First things first, you'll need to get past the game's initial big challenge – most players tackle the Wind Temple first. Once that's done, head back to Lookout Landing. If you haven't already, chat with Scorpis, the main military bigwig in the camp. He'll give you the lowdown on the Emergency Shelter and unlock it for you. This means you can pop in and out whenever you need to.

Once you're in the Shelter, find Jerrin. She's a bit worried about a crack in the wall, and her concern kicks off the "Who Goes There?" side adventure. This is your ticket to respeccing!

Follow Jerrin's lead through the gap she points out in the Emergency Shelter. Take a right, and you'll find some rocks blocking your way. Smash through those, and bam! You've found the Horned Statue. This is the magical (well, sort of) object that lets you change your stats.

Chat with the statue, and it'll spill the beans on how respeccing works. Initially, it'll let you do one swap for free. After that, it's a bit of a trade: you give it your essence (either a Heart container or a Stamina vessel), and it gives you 100 Rupees. Then, to get that essence back in the form you want, it'll cost you 120 Rupees. So, each time you want to respec, it's a net cost of 20 Rupees.

In a nutshell, if you want to redistribute Link's Hearts or Stamina, just find this Horned Statue. It's a simple exchange, costing you 20 Rupees per transaction. The best part? You can do this as many times as you like, which is super handy if you want to tweak your build for a specific temple or a tough boss.
