Alright, let's tackle the Kiuyoyou Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom! This one's called 'Fire and Ice,' and you'll be using those elements to solve its puzzles. It's located in the Hyrule Ridge region, specifically in Rowan Plains, which is northeast of the Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower. You should be able to spot it pretty easily just off the main path.

As soon as you enter, you'll see a large ice cube to your left. Grab it with Ultrahand. To the left of the ice cube, there's an alcove with a pressure plate, but the cube is too big to fit.

Now, for the fire part! Use Ultrahand to drag the ice cube under the flames coming from above. Be quick, though – it melts fast! If you mess up, don't worry, another ice cube will spawn.

Shrink the ice cube just enough so it fits into the alcove. Place it on the pressure plate to open the gate to your left.

Before heading through the gate, let's grab that treasure chest. Use the ice cube you just shrunk as a step to get onto the platform on the left wall. You want it small enough to climb but big enough to step onto.

Once you're on that ledge, use Ultrahand to bring the ice cube up with you. Now you can climb the ice cube to reach the higher ledge where the treasure chest is. Inside, you'll find a Zonaite Spear with 4 power.

Hop back down. You'll see a gust of wind that you can use to paraglide over to the other side of the shrine.

On this side, you'll notice an ice block constantly dropping into flames and melting instantly. You can't grab it fast enough with Ultrahand.

Here's the trick: grab the stone slab platform to your right and place it against the wall where the fire is shooting out.

Now, pick up the ice cube and move it to the ledge. Before you send it down the spikey slope, use Ultrahand to attach the stone slab to the top of the ice cube.

Carefully pick up both the ice cube and the slab and send them down the spikey slope, making sure the ice touches the spikes. The slab is needed to help guide it down.

Paraglide down to the bottom to meet the slab and ice cube.

Use Ultrahand to drag the ice cube and slab over to the fire at the beginning of the shrine and place it directly beneath the flames. The stone slab will shield the ice from melting too quickly.

The ice cube, protected by the slab, will be strong enough to push down the pressure plate located below the flames. This will open the final gate at the end of the shrine.

Head through the gate to claim your Light of Blessing and exit the shrine!

Tips

Don't over-melt the ice cube! You need it to be just the right size to fit the pressure plate.
The treasure chest requires a bit of platforming. Use the ice cube as a stepping stone to reach the higher ledge.
For the second part, the stone slab is key to getting the ice cube down the spikey slope and protecting it from the fire.
