You’ll find the Sepapa Shrine in Hyrule Forest Park, located northeast of Lookout Landing. The easiest way to get there is by gliding down from the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower. If you prefer a ground approach, you can cross the Boneyard Bridge, but be ready to face some Bokoblins and Moblins.

Walkthrough

As you enter the shrine, you'll see a platform moving around a block. Head up the stairs and wait for the platform to drop down. Step onto it and use your Recall ability. Wait for the platform to lift you up to the second floor.

In the next room, you'll find a large pool of water with wooden platforms floating across it. Grab the nearby torch and equip it. Wait for the next wooden raft to arrive, then jump on.

As you reach the lit torches in the distance, strike one to light the torch you're holding. Jump onto the platform on the opposite side. Strike the leaves to set them ablaze; this will cause a chest containing a Strong Construct Bow to drop.

Wait for the next raft to reach your location and jump on. Use Recall to slowly return to the other side, making sure to relight your torch along the way if it goes out.

Once you reach the surface, light both of the braziers to open the door.

Head through the newly opened door and make your way to the right side of the room. You'll find two holes and a ball. Use Ultrahand to pick up the ball and place it into the first hole closest to you until a green light appears, opening the second gate.

Pick up the ball again with Ultrahand and drop it into the second hole to open the first gate.

Go through the first gate and look towards the ball. Use Recall and wait for it to drop into the first hole. Press L to stop it precisely.

Finally, head through the second gate and interact with the altar to receive your Light of Blessing.

Tips

Make sure to keep your torch lit when crossing the water; you'll need it to light the braziers at the end of that section.
Precisely stopping the ball with Recall in the final puzzle is key to solving it.
