Head down the slope and to the right to find the water source.

Attach a second blade to the propeller next to the water source, ensuring it's placed opposite the existing blade.

Use Ultrahand to pull the propeller blades under the water until they spin continuously and the wire from the propeller glows yellow, indicating power generation.

Locate the Battery in the center of the shrine. Use Ultrahand to pick it up and place it on the plate at the end of the electrical wire to charge it.

To get the treasure chest: Take the fully charged battery to the conductor plate on the opposite side of the shrine, near a small body of water. This will power up a metal ball and chain in the water.

Use Ultrahand to pull the powered ball into the center of the water.

Pull the other metal ball on the opposite side of the water to touch the electrical one, completing a circuit and opening a door across the water.

Carefully cross the water to the newly opened room (staying to the right to avoid the electrical balls) to find a chest containing x1 Opal.

Return to the center of the shrine and recharge the battery on the power plate.

Take the recharged battery to the fan-powered platform at the far end of the shrine.
