It's tied to a quest called 'Soul of The Gorons,' and thankfully, it's pretty straightforward once you've finished up the Fire Temple. After that, just head back to Goron City and find Fugo, the blacksmith. He's the one who can forge it for you, but he'll need some specific materials.

Here's what you need to gather:

• 5x Flint
• 3x Diamonds
• 1x Cobble Crusher

Finding Flint and Diamonds is pretty common; just break open any Ore Deposits you come across. If you want to speed things up, a great spot is the Lake Darman Monster Den – it's packed with them. Flint is usually easy to snag, but you might need to do a bit of mining to find all three Diamonds. The Cobble Crusher is a bit more specific to the Eldin region. You can often find Bokoblins wielding them, or you might get lucky and find one in a chest in the Southern Mine Cave, which is located down below Goron City.

Once you've got all the goodies – the Flint, Diamonds, and the Cobble Crusher – head back to Fugo. Hand them over, and boom! You'll complete the 'Soul of The Gorons' quest and get the Boulder Breaker. Just a heads-up, this weapon can break, but don't sweat it too much – you can get it repaired.
