Master the Mine-Cart Land challenges in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Learn how to complete the Open for Business!, Quickshot Course, and Death Mountain tracks.
To begin the Mine-Cart Land quest line in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you must first complete the Fire Temple. After that, travel to the Southern Mine, located near Goron City. Inside the cave, you'll find three Gorons: Bayge, Heehl, and Kabetta. Speak with them to start the quest "Mine-Cart Land: Open for Business!". Place the minecart on the track using Ultrahand; you cannot use your own minecart or attach items to it. The cave is not hot, so no heat resistance is needed.
- 1Mine-Cart Land: Open for Business!
- Hop into the minecart and confirm with Bayge that you are ready.
- 2Your objective is to shoot five balloons. The cart moves slowly, allowing ample time to aim.
- 3Position your bow and wait for the shot to line up. Some balloons are only visible further down the track.
- 4Avoid shooting when going around turns or if the balloon is below the cart.
- 5If you run out of arrows, you may need to bring extras or purchase them.
- 6The ride ends at the course's conclusion, rewarding you with a Red Rupee and unlocking the next quest.
- Speak with Heehl to start this course.
- Your goal is to hit seven balloons in under one minute and twenty seconds.
- Use Ultrahand to place the minecart on the track and confirm with Heehl.
- Like the previous course, you can wait to line up your shots.
- Upon completion, you will receive a Purple Rupee and unlock the final course.
- Travel to the top of Death Mountain. The Sitsum Shrine is nearby, and the minecart track is directly above it. Climb up to reach it.
- Speak with Kabetta. Place the minecart on the track and confirm with him when you are ready.
- The minecart will speed up as it descends Death Mountain.
- You need to hit eight targets. There is no time limit.
- Aim slowly and line up your shots with the targets as you did in the previous courses.
- Completing this track rewards you with Goron Fabric.
- You receive x10 Arrows the first time you play each track, but it's advisable to bring extras.
- Your bow can break during the ride; ensure you have a spare or one in good condition.
- After the initial completion, all courses can be replayed for a fee, offering more Rupees.
- From now on, you must bring your own arrows for replays, or pay 20 Rupees to buy them at Mine-Cart Land.
- Red Rupee (Open for Business!)
- Purple Rupee (Quickshot Course)
- Goron Fabric (Death Mountain)
