In Dispatch Episode 8: Synergy, dialogue choices and hero assignments directly impact character relationships and can lead to achievements. Pay close attention to dialogue options, especially early on, as some choices are remembered and affect future interactions.

Relationship Achievements:

1. Dialogue Choices: Early in the episode, choosing "Just come back" results in a relationship increase with Blonde Blazer.
2. Hero Assignments: While not directly tied to achievements, successfully completing missions with specific heroes or combinations can be crucial for overall progress and potentially unlock character-specific interactions or outcomes that contribute to relationship building. For example, certain missions require specific hero skills like Charisma or Intellect, and using the right hero might lead to unique dialogue or success states.
3. Saving the City: Failing calls results in losing City HP. Ensuring the City HP does not reach zero is vital for earning an achievement and unlocks the option to let an ex-team member rejoin later.
