First things first, after finishing the 'Light Upon the Sea' quest, make your way over to Qingce Village. Look for Ms. Bai and have a chat with her. She'll give you the rundown on what needs to be done.

Once you're done talking to Ms. Bai, head towards the blue marker on your map. You'll find Jiangcheng chilling by his house. Go ahead and talk to him.

Now, it's time to help Jiangcheng clean up his place. You'll need to use either an Anemo or Hydro character for this. Just use their abilities to clear away the dirt.

After the house is sparkling clean, you'll need to climb up onto the roof of the building. From there, hang a Xiao Lantern.

With the lantern in place, speak to Jiangcheng one last time. Then, head back to Ms. Bai in the village. Give her a Xiao Lantern to officially wrap up this quest.

Tips

Make sure you have an Anemo or Hydro character in your party before you head to Jiangcheng's house. It'll save you a trip back to the menu!
Remember to climb to the top of the house to hang the lantern; it's not something you can do from the ground.

You'll receive 20,000 Mora and 30 Primogems for your efforts.
