Genshin Impact: Conquer the Miasmic Tumor

Alright, so you've busted those five barriers and purged the bad vibes. Now it's time to head back to Kazari. Remember that well in Konda Village? You'll need to go back down it, just like you did for 'A Strange Story in Konda'. Chat with Kazari there, and then it's off to Mt. Yougou to do it all over again. Once you're at Mt. Yougou, find Kazari one more time before you take the plunge into that pit to face the Miasmic Tumor.

Walkthrough

Head to Mt. Yougou: After speaking with Kazari in Konda Village's well, travel to Mt. Yougou and find Kazari again.

Enter the Pit: Speak with Kazari at Mt. Yougou, then jump into the pit to begin the boss fight.

Boss Fight - Miasmic Tumor: This is where things get a little spicy. While fighting the Miasmic Tumor, make sure you're constantly interacting with the Electrograms that pop up. They're super important for stopping you from taking continuous damage. As for taking down the boss itself, use the same strategy you've been employing for the mini-bosses in the earlier parts of this questline.

Solve the Totem Puzzle: Once you've defeated the Miasmic Tumor, you'll need to interact with the totems. The goal is to get them to display numbers in a specific order. You'll want them to show:

Finish the Boss: If you get the totem numbers right, the Miasmic Tumor will drop to the ground, making it vulnerable for a few minutes. Now's your chance to unleash all your strongest attacks and bring its health down. It'll eventually float back up, and you'll have to repeat the phase until it's completely defeated.

Quest Complete: After the Miasmic Tumor is down for good, you'll have another cutscene with Kazari, which will wrap up this whole questline.

Tips

Don't forget to keep an eye on those Electrograms during the Miasmic Tumor fight – they're your best friend for survival!
The totem puzzle is key to making the boss vulnerable, so pay close attention to the required numbers.
This quest is part of a larger Inazuma World Questline, so make sure you've completed the previous steps like 'Cleansing Defilement' and 'A Strange Story in Konda'.

Completing this quest will grant you Adventure EXP, Primogems, Mora, and other character ascension materials.
