Together Under the Fireworks

First things first, head west from the Amenoma Smithy. Just keep following that dusty path until you run into the kids you met earlier. They'll ask Yoimiya if their weapons are ready, and she'll mention her dad's working on them. Then, she'll ask if they saw any suspicious guys, and they'll point you in the direction they went. This is our first clue!

Now, head northwest along the path. Keep an eye out, and you'll soon spot three Tenryou Commission members. When you approach them, they'll tell you it's official business and you can't pass. Yoimiya will try to ask about Sakajirou and Keisuke, but they're still blocking the way. This is where Yoimiya gets ready to show them she means business.

This is your chance to really get a feel for Yoimiya if you haven't unlocked her yet! She's a Pyro Bow user, and her normal attacks are pretty standard, but charging them up gives you Kindling Arrows that home in and deal Pyro damage. Her Elemental Skill, Niwabi Fire-Dance, turns her normal attacks into Pyro damage for a bit, and her Elemental Burst, Ryuukin Saxifrage, launches projectiles that trigger Aurora Blaze, causing AoE Pyro damage when enemies are hit by anyone. Pretty cool, right?

The fight itself is a breeze if you keep your distance and don't stand around charging your bow. They're spear users with a nasty stab combo, so just keep peppering them with arrows from afar. Once you take down the first group, another four will show up. Stick to the same strategy, and they'll fall too. The last group might have Yoimiya's Skill and Burst ready – use them to speed things up! After the fight, Yoshitaka will threaten you and run off.

With the officers dealt with, head west and drop down to the beach below. You'll find Sakujirou and Keisuke there. Approach them for a scene. Keisuke is looking pretty smug over a defeated Sakujirou, mocking his sword skills. Sakujirou accepts his fate, but Keisuke says he's taking him back for sentencing, and even the guy who made his boat will be punished!

Just as Keisuke is about to haul Sakujirou away, Yoimiya steps in, begging them to talk. But they're both too stubborn. Yoimiya tries her best to make them see reason, reminding them of everything they've been through. Then, she offers Keisuke a duel: if she wins, he has to hear Sakujirou out; if she loses, she'll admit to helping Sakujirou.

Even though it's supposed to be a duel, Keisuke brings backup, so feel free to use your other party members! The easiest way to win this is to use a Cryo character. The floor is wet, so Keisuke and his cronies will be constantly frozen, making them easy targets for Yoimiya's big damage. Keisuke fights like a typical Nobushi with charging katana attacks, but with the freezing strategy, he won't get close enough to hurt you.

After you win, Keisuke will tell his men to stand down, and Yoshitaka makes another hasty retreat. Keisuke asks Yoimiya why she was so sure they had things to say to each other, and she explains her reasoning. He admits he believes in the Raiden Shogun but isn't a fan of the Sakoku Decree and vision confiscation. Sakujirou and Keisuke then have a heart-to-heart.

With the drama resolved, it's time for the grand finale – the fireworks show! Head to the designated spot and enjoy the spectacular display.
