Alright, so you've gathered the gifts for Tsubaki, and now it's time to head over to where she lives. The notebook you found has the location marked, so let's go find it!

You'll want to make your way to the northwestern edge of Inazuma City. Look for a small beach area. Jump down from the western cliff, and you should find your objective tucked under a rocky outcrop. Go ahead and head over there for a scene.

During the scene, Paimon and Ayaka will chat about how chilly it is and wonder if some sort of transcendent beings live around here. Paimon suggests checking it out since you're already here. Ayaka then recites what's written in the notebook: “A crane brings 1 fresh flower in its beak to decorate my hair, while a white rabbit sews a hemline from 4 rays of moonlight. Dressed appropriately, I face eastward and call out Tsubaki’s name 7 times. In the blink of an eye, I am standing on the path that leads to her house.”

After the scene wraps up, keep heading east. Eventually, Paimon will chime in, “There are some bushes on the rocks in here. Could that be anything?” This will update your current objective.

You'll find the first Conspicuous Stone Wall behind some bushes on the rocks. To figure out how to interact with it, remember the clues from the notebook. The line “A crane brings 1 fresh flower…” means you should knock once. Then, “while a white rabbit sews a hemline from 4 rays of moonlight” means you need to knock four times. Finally, “and call out Tsubaki’s name 7 times” tells you to knock seven times.

Doing this will make the stone wall disappear, but it looks like there's nothing there. Ayaka will encourage you to keep looking. Head southeast from there and climb up some rocky ledges. You'll find another Conspicuous Stone Wall. Use the same sequence: knock once, then four times, and finally, seven times. This time, a mysterious black box will appear on a rock inside!

Go over to the box and interact with it. A scene will play out, revealing that the box contains another notebook. Ayaka suggests heading outside the cave to read it.

Once you're outside, head north towards the pool of water and make your way to the objective marker. Another scene will trigger. You'll tell Paimon to follow you, giving Ayaka a moment to read the notebook by herself. After a bit, Ayaka will finish reading and apologize for the wait. It turns out Tsubaki wasn't a Fox Envoy after all, but Ayaka's mother's alter-ego! This was her way of escaping her daily life, allowing her to enjoy things like wearing kimonos and trying different foods without feeling judged.

Ayaka then shares that she also has a hidden side she's always wanted to explore but couldn't due to her position. When Paimon asks if she plans to create an alter-ego, Ayaka decides instead to set a new goal for herself: “To live each day without regrets.” After taking a moment, she'll ask if you'd like to go to the festival together. And with that, the quest concludes!
