First things first, leap into that gust of wind to get some height. Head towards the initial ring. You'll be dealing with rising air currents here, so you'll need to time your descents carefully. Try to grab the particles as you drop and, most importantly, steer clear of those Dusty Balloons!

Grab the 1st Insignia right after you pass through the first ring. After that, just follow the trail of particles; they'll lead you straight to an easy 2nd Insignia.

Keep following the particles all the way down. You'll soon see the next set of rings, with options on both the left and right. It doesn't matter which path you take here, but be ready to hit the Ascend button right after the first ring on your chosen path. This will get you up to the 3rd Insignia.

After snagging the 3rd Insignia, head over to the left set of rings. You'll need to Ascend again after the first ring here to reach the 4th Insignia.

The 5th and final Insignia is just at the end of these rings. You guessed it – Ascend one more time! Once you've pocketed that last one, just follow the remaining upward rings all the way to the Goal.

Tips

Seriously, avoid the Dusty Balloons at all costs. That dust cloud is your worst enemy here.
Pay attention to the particle trails; they're your best guide for where to go and where the Insignias are.
Mastering the timing for your Ascend ability is key, especially after collecting Insignias to reach the next set of rings.
