Act I: A Secretary in a Sea of Humanity

Accompany Ganyu back to Liyue Harbor. After a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), glide down to a troublemaker Ganyu points out.

Stroll around Liyue Harbor’s wharf. You can teleport to the lower Liyue Harbor waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination) and head south then east. After another scene, Uncle Tian will ask for your help.

Head to the Yuehai Pavilion and speak to Huixin. Teleport to the upper Liyue Harbor waypoint, head west/northwest up the stairs, and talk to Huixin. She has a problem with tax evasion from Wanyou Boutique and Second Life.

Go to the Wanyou Boutique and talk to Bolai. Teleport to the upper Liyue Harbor waypoint, jump over the railing, glide down and east to find Bolai. Trick him into revealing Second Life’s shady dealings with Fanmu Carpentry in Qingce Village.

Go to Fanmu Carpenter’s and speak with Master Lu. Teleport to Qingce Village, follow the path southwest to Master Lu overlooking a cliff. He mentions an invoice from Second Life but warns of troublemakers at the warehouse.

Defeat the suspicious Fatui underling. Glide down to the troublemaker and prepare for battle. This is a Cryogunner Legionnaire. Dodge its Cryo spray by getting behind it. Use Pyro to break its shield, stunning it, then mix in Electro to defeat it. It turns out it was just picking berries.

Clear the warehouse of its occupants. Teleport outside Qingce Village, head west/southwest to the warehouse. Defeat the Hilichurls, including the Blazing Axe Mitachurl or Rock Shieldwall Hilichurl. Electro with Cryo or Hydro is effective, and Geo can break the Shieldwall’s shield.

Look for the invoice from Second Life. The invoice is hidden behind the warehouse. Pick it up and return to the Yuehai Pavilion.

Return to Yuehai Pavilion and speak to Huixin. Speak with Huixin; she thanks you for your help.

Talk to Dongsheng at Second Life. Teleport to the lower Liyue Harbor waypoint, head south to the Second Life shop. Confront Dongsheng, the owner, show him the invoice, and he confesses, implicating Bolai.
