The Second Chilibrew Ingredient

Teleport to the waypoint just outside Mondstadt and follow the path north into the Whispering Woods. Climb up on the small rock to your right and slowly move forward. Defeat the group of monsters: one Hydro Samachurl, one Wooden Shield Mitachurl and two Hilichurl Guards. Focus on the Hydro Samachurl first as it can heal its allies.

After the fight, Barbara will appear to the west. Talk to her. You will be presented with two dialogue choices: “Piece of cake.” or “Think I slipped a disc.” Both choices lead to the same outcome.

Another traveler, claiming to be a Hunter from Springvale, will approach and ask Barbara to heal him. You will be presented with four dialogue choices: “You’re not… dressed like a hunter.”, “The leader of the Springvale hunters… what’s their name again?”, “Springvale’s quite a distance away… What is it you’re hunting out here?”, or “You’re dressed a bit like a Treasure Hoarder…”. All choices lead to the same outcome.

The stranger will claim his injuries are from monsters. Choose the dialogue option that implies you believe him.

Barbara will agree to heal the stranger, stating his wounds look difficult to heal and she needs herbs. You will be presented with two choices:

“No problem. See what you can find, I’ll take care of him.” This ends the quest and leads to the quest “Healing Is My Job” (Branch 7-C).

“Hold on, Barbara. He’s a suspicious character, we should take him to see the Knights first” This leads to Branch 7-B, Ulterior Motive. You will have to fight the stranger, who is a Treasure Hoarder. Defeat him and talk to Barbara to get Ending 2.
