Head to the Xinyue Kiosk, located southeast of the upper Liyue Harbor waypoint. Enter the restaurant and speak with Huixin. You will witness a cutscene where Huixin explains the people of Liyue's need for Ganyu's assistance.

Return to Yuehai Pavilion and speak with the secretaries. After a final cutscene, Ganyu will realize her presence is required there, marking the end of this questline.
